Riley Long, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

About Riley

Riley Long is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Stephen F. Austin State University's DeWitt School of Nursing. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Riley built a strong clinical foundation as a registered nurse in the ICU — experience that shapes her attentive, detail-oriented approach to patient care. Riley takes a root-cause, whole-person approach to primary care, combining evidence-based medicine with preventive strategies and integrative therapies to help patients achieve lasting health rather than just short-term symptom relief. She values building long-term relationships with her patients so she can partner with them in understanding — not just treating — what's going on with their health. An East Texas native, Riley now calls Austin home. Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball with her husband and exploring the outdoors through hiking and backpacking, especially in Colorado.
